Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiography procedures and evaluating radiographs for technical quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct radiography procedures in accordance with prescribed protocols established by staff radiologists.
- Maintain a high level of film quality and minimize film artifacts.
- Document procedures and stat reads according to departmental policies.
- Assist radiologists during procedures and help put patients at ease.
- Operate radiologic equipment and reboot computers as needed.
Requirements
- High School Graduate (or GED) Required.
- Graduate from an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
- Certified by the Texas Department of State Health Services MRT program.
