Job Summary:

At Rosecrance, we are seeking a skilled Nurse (Part Time) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Nurse (Part Time), you will play a vital role in providing continuity of nursing program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment. You will participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to clients in a safe and therapeutic environment
• Participate in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families
• Facilitate the issues of recovery into daily living situations
• Adhere to prescribed work hours set by leadership and fulfill additional hours as necessary to complete assigned responsibilities
• Responsible and accountable for individual nursing practice and determines the appropriate delegation of tasks consistent with the nurse's obligation to provide optimum client care
• Promotes, advocates for and strives to protect the health, safety and rights of the client

Requirements:

• A current Illinois RN license, or a current Illinois LPN license
• Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed
• Computer proficiency required
• Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record within prescribed time frames
• Ability to present and coordinate lectures for clients, staff or community
• CPR training or complete within three months
