The Retail Store Operations Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that every store operates smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock, managing display setups and resets, and maintaining store appearance.



Your Responsibilities


  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
  • Manage the setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet corporate guidelines.
  • Take on Manager-on-Duty responsibilities as needed, handling store operations, staff management, and customer service.
  • Support the training and development of store associates, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Drive sales growth by optimizing merchandising, staffing, and customer service strategies.


What You'll Need




  • High school graduate or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
