Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Manager Trainee. As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for selling our unique array of mattresses and accessories, while also receiving hands-on training in sales, marketing, and business development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selling mattresses and accessories to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Shadowing the Store Manager to learn all aspects of retail and people management
  • Participating in merchandising and product displays
