As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence and providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical excellence programs to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to provide training and mentorship on orthopedic care and manual therapy techniques
  • Collect and analyze outcome data to inform clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives
  • Work with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
  • Passion for clinical excellence and ability to effectively communicate with and teach clinical staff
  • Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
