Senior Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our team as a Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator in the Woodhaven, Michigan area.

About the RoleThe successful candidate will excel at providing specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs, while delivering the highest quality care and meeting our standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs
- Deliver the highest quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence
- Collaborate with fellow clinical peers to implement and facilitate new grad mentorship programming
- Work well with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
- Seek a positive, respectful, and fair work environment

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
- Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach our clinical staff
- Effective time management skills to provide 80% direct patient care and 20% RCEC duties weekly
- Ability to provide live or virtual mentoring and tutorials focused on developing increased orthopedic skills and care outcomes to less experienced clinicians
- Ability to travel (as needed) within the Michigan market
