About the Company

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee administrative functions and provide support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report generation
  • Schedule appointments and provide direction to administrative staff
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of office administration experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

This is a fully onsite opportunity in Minerva, OH with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
