  • Production Duties:

  • Deburr and smooth sharp edges on machined components
  • Interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances

  • Assist in identifying and resolving production bottlenecks
  • Adhere to production schedules to minimize setup times
  • Select and secure appropriate holding fixtures and jaws

  • Communicate maintenance requirements to supervisors
  • Participate in cross-training as necessary
  • Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability
  • Attention to detail is crucial
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Proficient in mathematical calculations
  • Familiarity with cutting tools used in machining
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
  • Experience with programming software is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
