- Assist in identifying and resolving production bottlenecks
- Adhere to production schedules to minimize setup times
- Select and secure appropriate holding fixtures and jaws
- Reduce machine downtime effectively
- Communicate maintenance requirements to supervisors
- Participate in cross-training as necessary
- Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in mathematical calculations
- Familiarity with cutting tools used in machining
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
- Experience with programming software is advantageous
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
