Janitorial Specialist

Diversified Maintenance is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

• Clean and Maintain Facilities: Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum all floor surfaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Operate Cleaning Equipment: Use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers, to maintain facilities.
• Restock and Replenish Supplies: Replenish paper products, sanitary supplies, and other essential items to ensure a smooth operation.
• Follow Housekeeping Schedule: Adhere to a set schedule to ensure that facilities are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
• Assist with Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as carpet extractions and shampooing, as needed.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Reliability: Must be reliable and able to work independently.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Experience: Some prior cleaning experience is preferred.

This is a part-time position, working 14 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday. The hourly rate is $13 per hour.
