Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- At least one year of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings and facilities
- Adhere to protocols for using chemical cleaners and equipment to avoid damage
- Inform management of any minor or major repair needs
- Foster effective communication and relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- Move items such as cabinets and boxes to facilitate cleaning

- Manage waste disposal and maintain cleanliness in restrooms
