Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and commercial and retail banking to understand their data needs, deliver solutions, and support them.
  • Develop and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and validate data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources and systems.
  • Assist business units in understanding data governance and make recommendations to improve organization-wide data management.
  • Stay current with related regulations, best practices, tools, trends, and new technologies, and participate in educational opportunities to continuously improve operational efficiencies, procedures, and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in computer science, data science, software engineering, information systems, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience and/or training.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in database development, maintenance, and application interface or equivalent demonstrated performance and expertise.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role leading technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance practices, and data modeling concepts.
  • Highly proficient in SQL, SQL-based languages, and coding languages.
  • Experience with relational databases, big data cloud platforms, and object-oriented data platforms.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL tools, and data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fintech or a financial institution is a significant advantage.
