About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented Beauty Advisor to join our team at Sally Beauty. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers, providing expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and building relationships with our customers to inspire loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers
  • Inform customers of current promotions and events
  • Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
  • Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
  • Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. You may be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion. The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.
