Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with administrative staff to guarantee accurate and timely documentation of all vehicle acquisitions in reporting systems, ensuring transparency and integrity in inventory management.
- Assist in optimizing auction operations, including logistics, documentation, and bidding strategies, to improve efficiency and returns on vehicle purchases.
- Develop and sustain relationships with personnel across various departments to enhance the vehicle acquisition process, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Expand and strengthen connections within the automotive industry to identify new opportunities for vehicle procurement, staying informed about market trends and developments.
- Remain flexible and responsive to changing market conditions, ready to take on additional responsibilities as necessary to support the growth and success of the wholesale department.
- Comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, including vehicle procurement, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, wholesale operations, and dealership management.
