Role Summary
  • Serves as a key point of contact between clients and various departments to ensure customers receive the packaging solutions they require.
  • Establishes trustworthy relationships with clients, gaining insights into their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handles intricate customer inquiries through various communication channels, including mail, phone, and electronic means, regarding the organization’s offerings, processes orders, engages in proactive sales, and addresses concerns within the scope of authority.
  • Responds to a broad range of inquiries and issues related to the organization’s products and services, including contract stipulations, pricing, delivery timelines, billing adjustments, and other account management queries.
  • Provides technical support and advice to both internal and external clients on product specifications, such as application, storage, color matching, safety, and other relevant topics; escalates highly technical inquiries as necessary.
  • Assists in coordinating customer service operations related to shipping, production schedules, inventory management, and sales activities by reviewing relevant reports and information as directed by management.
  • Drafts and reviews correspondence and documentation pertinent to customer interactions, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Informs clients about current or new product offerings that may meet their needs and aids in promoting additional products.
  • Fosters customer relationships and acts as a liaison between sales teams and clients to clarify orders, provide technical assistance, ensure documentation is complete, and facilitate both recurring and new orders.
  • Performs general office tasks as assigned, including answering calls, processing mail, managing accounts payable, preparing reports, and creating presentations.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience with HRMS and Amtech, as well as background in the corrugated or manufacturing sectors.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to walk, talk, listen, stand, and sit. Vision requirements include close and distant vision, color perception, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
  • While performing job duties, employees may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and airborne particles.
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.
