Client Operations Specialist Job Description

The Credit Union of Georgia is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Operations Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will oversee various elements of electronic banking products, ATM and Debit card services, Safe Deposit Box management, and IRA processing. A keen eye for detail and outstanding customer service skills are vital for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Credit Union of Georgia's branding guidelines while delivering exceptional member service.
  • Manage and oversee electronic banking services for both individual and business accounts.
  • Address all facets of Remote Deposit Capture and Online Bill Pay, resolving any issues that may occur.
  • Oversee daily operations related to the ATM & Debit card services, including troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with payroll discrepancies and Safe Deposit Box operations.
  • Administer IRA documentation and transactions, including yearly tax reporting.
  • Provide support to the deposit operations team as required.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations within a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a credit union or banking environment.
  • 1-3 years of operational experience in a credit union or banking setting is preferred.
