Job Description

SpecSys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering terminology
