About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Glue Up.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
  • Provide exceptional support to our clients
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and reduce churn
  • Relay product knowledge to clients during onboarding and follow-up questions
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each client

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • 2+ years relevant SaaS experience
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Fast learner and ability to relay product knowledge to clients

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
