We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Glue Up.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
- Provide exceptional support to our clients
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and reduce churn
- Relay product knowledge to clients during onboarding and follow-up questions
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each client
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- 2+ years relevant SaaS experience
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s)
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Fast learner and ability to relay product knowledge to clients
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year
