Long-Term Care Team Member

We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Long-Term Care Team Members. Our goal is to provide quality care and excellent employee relations to our residents.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Be a current CNA or willing to attend a paid CNA training program
  • Be willing to work as a CNA at a Hillcrest facility for 6 months and remain in good standing
  • Be willing to apply and attend the 12-month LPN program at South College, with all tuition and fees paid by the employer
  • Be willing to work as a Nurse for 18 months upon graduation

Non-Certified Applicants

If you are not a certified CNA, you must:

  • Attend a paid CNA training program
  • Work as a CNA at a Hillcrest facility in good standing for 3 months upon completing the certification process
  • Be willing to apply and attend the 12-month LPN program at South College, with all tuition and fees paid by the employer
  • Be willing to work as a Nurse for 18 months upon graduation

Terms and Conditions

If you fail to meet the work commitments, you agree to reimburse the employer for any training costs.
