About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent in Boonville, IN. As a key member of our Geriatric Mental Health/Serenity Unit, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Provide primary nursing care, including assessing and coordinating patient discharge planning needs.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
