About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Warrick. As a key member of our Geriatric Mental Health department, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
  • Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team to ensure well-coordinated care
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire required
