Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering and operations team, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, and resource allocation.
  • Direct and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Prepare project reports for management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate project activities with government regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7-10 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Associate's degree and 15 years of related experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
