In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients, overseeing caregiver services, and monitoring client care. You will also be required to assess caregiver skills and provide PCA training at orientation, follow agency policies and procedures, and perform supervisory visits to assess client conditions and the quality of care provided.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be part of a close-knit but national team that provides non-medical care to seniors in their homes. Our office in Wilmington has been serving the community for over 12 years, and we are committed to creating a positive and nurturing culture for our employees and clients.

**Responsibilities:** Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients
  • Oversseeing caregiver services
  • Monitoring client care
  • Assessing caregiver skills and providing PCA training at orientation
  • FOLLOWING AGENCY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • Performing supervisory visits to assess client conditions and the quality of care provided

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience in patient care
  • Ability to provide two references or employment verifications
  • Willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend intake calls
