Job SummaryThe Emergency Department at Northeast Georgia Health System is a Level 1 Trauma Center, providing care for emergent and non-emergent patients. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a Registered Nurse who shares our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process
- Coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote clinical outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations
- BSN degree
- Previous experience in Emergency Department or critical care setting
