Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist management with supervising associates and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors
  • Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting any hazards
  • Ensure the sales floor and merchandise presentation meet company standards
  • Monitor food and merchandise quality and ensure product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards are met
  • Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs
  • Lead and participate in teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
  • Leading a team and supervising experience preferred

As a Merchandising Lead at Sam's Club, you will enjoy a competitive hourly wage range of $19.00 to $27.00, as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off benefits.
