Compensation
The salary for this position is approximately $18.00 per hour, which translates to around $37,440 per year for full-time employees based on a 40-hour workweek. This hourly rate may vary depending on experience and location within Kennebec, Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford counties.

About the Role
We are currently seeking Mental Health Rehabilitation Support Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a high-school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Pass a criminal history background check
  • Hold a current/valid Maine driver's license and be insurable
  • Satisfactory driving record check required for successful employment
  • Able to attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
  • Willing to travel and have reliable transportation
