Key Responsibilities:- Assist in providing exceptional guest service by maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Pre-bus tables, clear tables after guest departure, and sanitize all surfaces.
- Restock condiments, assist servers with food delivery, and respond to guest requests.
- Inspect and clean restrooms, and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts/hostesses, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- No experience required, but a pleasant and polite manner is essential.
- Strong guest service skills and a passion for hospitality are a must.
- Ability to coordinate, multitask, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, and stand for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 30lbs.
