Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of experience in inpatient physical therapy, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities
