- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
- Accurately verify patient information and maintain thorough documentation.
- Manage appointment scheduling and provide essential information to patients.
- Obtain necessary prior authorizations as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Prior experience in a medical receptionist capacity.
