Cardiac Catheterization Registered Nurse Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization team at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. As a Cardiac Catheterization Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization lab, utilizing your specialized skills and knowledge to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in cardiac catheterization and critical care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Current state RN license and an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Critical Care Course completion.
  • One year of nursing experience in acute cardiac care, with two years preferred.
  • Knowledge of Access database preferred.
