As a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse at Kadlec, you will be part of a talented team dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients requiring complex and specialized medical attention.
The PCU at Kadlec is a state-of-the-art unit equipped with cutting-edge technology and staffed by experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering compassionate and personalized care. Our team works collaboratively to provide comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.
To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
We offer a competitive salary range of $38.37 to $76.71 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and much more.
