Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, cardiac monitoring, and other life-sustaining therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
• Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent adverse outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless handoffs and promote continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, educational programs, and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington or ability to obtain upon hire
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in an intensive care unit or critical care setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
