Key Responsibilities:

  • Commit to your success by adhering to the training plan, seeking assistance when needed, and showcasing your skills.
  • Understand and achieve your venue's financial objectives.
  • Enhance your team by supporting the General Manager and guiding the event, culinary, sales, and planning teams through hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Embody our brand values by representing our culture to your team, clients, guests, and all visitors.
  • Work a hospitality schedule that typically includes weekends and evenings, balanced with late starts and weekday time off.

  • Experienced in hospitality? Perhaps you have a background in restaurants, bars, hotels, or event venues and can apply your skills here.
  • People-oriented? Hospitality requires a commitment to customer satisfaction, and you should be comfortable with frequent interactions.
  • A natural leader? You should be ready to delegate, mentor, and hold others accountable.
  • Organized? Strong time management skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with technology? Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel is important.

Compensation: $70,000-$78,000

Bonus: $10,000 annually, plus a $5,000 training bonus

Additional Information:

  • This role requires regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as extended hours and workweeks exceeding 40 hours.
