Become a key player in the Disaster Restoration sector while having the potential to earn over $100,000 as a Construction Project Supervisor. Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to foster a positive team culture.
  • Direct communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to relay technical issues regarding installations and troubleshooting to the Regional Construction Manager.
  • Leverage our network of subcontractors while continuously seeking new resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, permits, and inspections.
  • Guarantee the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry projects.
  • Maintain adherence to the construction scope, detailing time and material specifications, and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in estimating change orders, the approval process, and documentation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance-related restoration is required.
  • A network of subcontractors is necessary.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes in the local area is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience is necessary.
  • Strong remodeling/restoration experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move 50+ lbs.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
