Preconstruction Director

Estrem & Company is seeking a highly skilled Preconstruction Director to lead our preconstruction team in delivering exceptional quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the preconstruction team, providing technical estimating services, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Manage and lead the preconstruction team to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Provide technical estimating services, including detailed qualification of work items, preparation of conceptual estimates, and bid solicitation.
• Coordinate program responsibilities with the scheduler to ensure timely project delivery.
• Work with design teams to stay on task and complete estimating responsibilities.
• Manage the transition of projects from the office to the field, ensuring that the Estimator and field teams are coordinated.
• Develop and cultivate a team atmosphere between the office, owner, and field.
• Review construction plans, prepare bid lists, and read and interpret construction blueprints.
