Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing testing efforts for enterprise/IT projects across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage testing efforts for enterprise/IT projects across multiple teams
  • Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software applications meet quality standards
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and apply knowledge to improve testing processes and tools

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing testing efforts for enterprise/IT projects across multiple teams
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles
  • Experience with test automation tools and technologies, such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge and experience with runtime memory analysis and code profiling tools
  • Strong general IT application and networking knowledge, including load balancing, networking, Active Directory,.NET applications
  • Basic SQL experience, ability to create complex queries to analyze data
