Job Summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for conducting complex financial analysis, developing financial models, and providing recommendations to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Provide analytical support for budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and experience with financial software are also necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

Work Environment

This is an office-based position with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
