About the Role:

- Partner closely with our finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Develop in-depth expertise in financial data analysis to provide valuable insights.
- Contribute to corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Create compelling presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions.
- Research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with more than 8 years of experience in a related field.
- General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles.
- Strong understanding of opex, capex, net/gross profit, EBITDA, operating lines, etc.
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with various management levels.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Senior FP&A Business Analyst at Tiger Analytics, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
