Hotel Front Office Agent

At Hotel Bardo Savannah, we're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Front Office Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests. This role is crucial in setting the tone for a memorable experience, anticipating and fulfilling requests to ensure every guest has an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver warm and personalized service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes according to resort procedures.
  • Address guest requests, challenges, or complaints in a friendly, attentive, and timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate Front Office and guest needs to management or other departments.
  • Manage reservations and VIP guest amenities/requests.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of resort operations, the Bardo brand, and available guest services and resort programming.
  • Ensure brand, operational, culture, and service standards are upheld in all guest areas and across the resort.
Requirements:
  • A hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing elevated service, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Able to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
  • Previous experience with property management systems is a plus.
  • Able to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas.
  • Able to maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor when addressing guests.
