Job Title: Customer Service Call Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Call Center Representative. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about their orders, products, or Performance Foodservice.

Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for processing orders and transactions, answering customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide information to other departments based on customer feedback
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6-12 months customer service, call center, and/or related experience
  • Customer-centric attitude with professional demeanor
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel in a SharePoint environment
