Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational tasks within a fulfillment center, including the operation of high-capacity printing machinery to execute substantial print jobs on calibrated equipment.
  • Conduct associated copying duties, oversee the shipping and receiving of products and supplies, and handle the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on customer site equipment as needed.
  • Engage in additional functions such as bindery, quality control, final inspections, housekeeping, file services, and reception duties.
  • Support building operations with tasks related to meeting setups and light maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-end mail sorting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in records management, including printing and insertion tasks.
  • Physical capability to walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills are required; training will be provided for specific software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Business casual attire is expected.
