About the Role

iSpace, a leading global lunar resource development company, is seeking a highly skilled Assembly, Integration, and Test Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the production of our APEX 1.0 Lander.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble, install, and test flight hardware using precision calibrated tools and equipment.
  • Manufacture using a variety of specialty tools, including crimping tools, epoxy applicators, tap & die sets, deburring tools, rotary tools, drill press & bandsaw.
  • Perform high-pressure pneumatic testing and installation of electrical wire harnesses and instrumentation.
  • Collaborate with production engineers and quality personnel to develop and document activities.
  • Ensure all production services are performed on time, safely, and in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • A&P License preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with IPC & J-STD specifications.
  • Previous experience with High-Detail, mixed volume assembly hardware.
  • Experience with flight hardware in a manufacturing environment.
  • Electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with mixing/applying adhesives, epoxies, and coating material.
  • Experienced Forklift Operations & Overhead Crane Operations.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • 5+ years experience in a mechanical role.
  • Familiarity with GD&T principles.
  • Be physically able to lift/carry 35lbs, perform climbing operations up to 40 feet, and work in tight spaces.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an AS9100 environment.
  • Experience working with composites following standard industry practices, performing layups and repairs.
  • Previous work experience in the Aerospace and Defense manufacturing environment.
