Job Title: Benefits and Compensation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to lead our total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role will be pivotal in shaping and driving our total rewards program, ensuring competitive positioning of our pay structure and benefits, and providing innovative reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct wage analysis to ensure competitive positioning of our pay structure and benefits.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including retirement plans, medical plans, group life, disability, and other related plans.
  • Manage the use of ADP Payroll and ADP Workforce Now to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Lead employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their issues related to compensation and benefits and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation, benefits laws, and regulations.
  • Develop communication strategies and materials to ensure employees understand their benefits and compensation.
  • Manage and mentor a team of total rewards professionals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, CCP, or CEBS are highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of ADP Payroll and ADP Workforce Now.
  • Proven experience in wage analysis, designing employee benefit plans, and conducting employee surveys.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to influence and engage with all levels of employees and management.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to compensation and benefits.
