LPN Job Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care as an LPN in post-acute facilities in the area
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions and track their vital signs
  • Perform resident intakes, document medical histories, and track health concerns
  • Help with medication administration and proper verification, tracking use and effects
  • Cultivate a comfortable and safe facility for residents
  • Track residents' medical records and charts
  • Assist with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Keep track of medical supplies and maintain a proper inventory
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans
  • Work with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues
