Job Title: COVID-19 Field Medical Staff - RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a COVID-19 Field Medical Staff. As a RN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute care facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities
- Work with residents and medical staff to devise care plans that meet their unique needs
- Ensure residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
- Explain best options for care with residents and their family members
- Consult with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to provide comprehensive care
- Set up medical equipment and monitor its use to ensure resident safety
- Oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Document and check the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
- Perform fluid sample draws for lab work
- Lead the training and supervision of nursing staff
Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
