Phlebotomist Floater Job Description

At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Floater to represent our company with excellence in patient interactions and laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect high-quality blood samples from patients while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide coverage at multiple locations, ensuring seamless service delivery and process excellence.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating leadership behaviors and process skills while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in patient information.
  • Step in for a Phlebotomist Floater and lead one or more Patient Service Representatives on site, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff on site, providing regular input to the group lead or supervisor.
  • Focus on working with customers who have high complexity and/or volume practices, requiring outstanding phlebotomy skills and attention to detail.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
