About the RoleAs a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of your unit's patients. You will provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift, ensuring that patients receive efficient and effective care.
Requirements- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire/transfer in the following units: Progressive Care, ICU, SICU, CVOR, PACU, EP, Endo, and ER
- PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire/transfer in the Emergency Department
- CPI training required within 3 months of hire/transfer for Behavioral Health
- Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care setting preferred
