Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to provide exceptional care and services to a consistent group of seniors and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.


Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families by providing assistance with daily activities, individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in care and service levels.
  • Assist residents in life skills and other enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.

Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and any required certifications or licenses.
  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
