Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day security operations of assigned client sites, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive performance and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored security solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Coordinate necessary support services, including payroll, billing, and scheduling, to effectively manage client sites and drive business growth.
  • Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Address escalated security issues or emergency situations promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction and security.
  • Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership, including staff development, performance management, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience, depending on the size and scope of the client.
  • Ability to develop and grow customer relationships, drive business growth, and manage multiple priorities and complex situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented management environment.
