**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Operations Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience, managing schedules, and coordinating with our clinical team.

**Responsibilities**

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage patient schedules, records, and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate effectively with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Learn and support billing processes, including handling insurance claims and collaborating with the billing team.
  • Address patient queries regarding billing and financial issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Engage in projects to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Enhance processes through training, coaching, and audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall patient experience, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop leadership skills, participating in leadership training programs and taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Show dedication to personal and professional growth, seeking opportunities for development and advancement.

**Qualifications**

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related fields.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and patients.
  • Keenness to learn and adapt to new situations, demonstrating a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare environment is beneficial, but not required.
