Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Client Relationship Manager to enhance our business portfolio by offering a variety of insurance solutions to both new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance providers, ensuring client retention through exceptional service and support.

Core Duties Include:

  1. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and/or producers, utilizing expertise in insurance policies to deliver effective service and sound advice.
  2. Engaging with assigned clients and/or producers regularly to assess their needs, present bid outcomes, share new product information, and gather feedback on services.
  3. Generating and providing pricing estimates for both new and existing clients as required.
  4. Collaborating with management to prepare broker service presentations and conduct needs assessment meetings.
  5. Drafting and submitting bid specifications to insurance carriers.
  6. Evaluating received bid results and formulating recommendations for clients.
  7. Initiating new cases by gathering necessary documentation from producers or clients.
  8. Facilitating the enrollment process in coordination with producers or clients.
  9. Quoting, binding, and underwriting renewal applications and new business promptly and accurately.
  10. Issuing endorsements for any changes to client policies.
  11. Responding to client inquiries as necessary.
  12. Managing claims processing as needed and guiding assistants in the claims process.
  13. Executing new case installations.
  14. Compiling all relevant information and documentation to establish permanent case files and update the database.
  15. Preparing materials for pre-renewal presentations and suggesting additional options or policies to clients and/or producers.
  16. Reviewing renewal actions, negotiating changes, drafting renewal proposals, and submitting them.
  17. Scheduling and conducting renewal meetings with clients and/or producers.
  18. Updating management on renewal outcomes within the designated time frames.
  19. Participating in seminars or training sessions to enhance knowledge and sharing insights with staff.
  20. Documenting all client interactions and relevant policy details in the system.

Educational Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in the insurance sector is essential.

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Preferred: Property & Casualty 220 License
  • Minimum: Customer Representative 440 License
